Oh... hehe. Well it seems you can get it to work in Makie Emulation which they seem to call "Cubase Mode" which requires booting up the surface while holding a button so it boots up with like a different Firmware. They must do this so their surface is compatible with Cubase, which in turn makes it compatible with Vegas... Anywho... The scroll wheel works on the footage and it seems the mechanich faders did too. I suppose at worse it would be fully funtional with maybe one or two small features that might be missing... (anyone know details?).

I need to get the time to watch this video and do some research about it. I was hoping someone was using it already.

yeah, I use it in Makie emulation in Adobe Audition 3.0, and it works better in Audition than it does in Pro Tools M-Powered.

That is encouraging.

I must admit that I like how it seems to be similar to Pro-Tools which I used a little tiny bit... that makes me think that the learning curve would be a little less severe. But obviously I know WAY too little about what is out there to make a decision. Does anyone know of any other good surfaces that are compatible with Vegas? I really don't know if we'll be getting one yet but it would really help to know what's out there and hopefully have a place I could go check it out... not likely though I suppose. Would I have to buy them anc check them out within 30 days or something?
