Peppers IMO are more robust, while ARRI has broader brand recogition. ARRIs are lighter, Peppers are heavier. Both equally work well. For small Lights I like the Peppers and they cost less. They both put out a beautiful fresnel "even" light. You can't go wrong choosing either one.
