LP mode and Vegas

I'm shooting a wedding tomorrow with my DVX 100 and I just found out the ceremony is gonna run 1:15. Instead of switching tapes I was going to run the camera in LP mode. Will this have any effect when I capture the footage in Vegas 5.0?

I intend to today. But do you think there would be a problem with Vegas capturing 24p footage shot in LP mode?
 
This is more a function of the deck and not Vegas. If the deck can read the LP-recorded tape, then it'll send good old DV out the firewire just like always. The thing with LP is although the DV you record should literally be the EXACT same quality as SP, you are nonetheless more likely to encounter dropouts and you can run into compatibility problems with using different decks. If you capture using the same device you recorded it on, it probably won't be an issue. Anyway, main point is that Vegas doesn't really have anything to do with what you are really asking -- Vegas either gets DV from the deck or it doesn't.
