Lowest cost field monitor with waverform?

I have been searching and searching but have had a hard time finding a lower cost field monitor that has a waveform monitor. I would like a full frame waveform (As opposed to the smaller picture in picture type), a 7" screen size minimum, and HDMI and SDI throughput. Focus peaking would also be nice. Priced under $2000.00. Any suggestions?

for the 7 inch size, this TV Logic is one of the best you can get (until you hit the crazy expensive Leaders)

I know it is a bit over your price limit though.

The 5.6" is about half the price and also has the waveform.

The Marshall monitors offer waveform and should be in your price range. I just picked up a 5.6" for under $1000.
