Lowel Omni bulb

I just got a Lowel Omni light and the bulb is impossible to insert. The socket is stiff, nothing budges. Any ideas?

I think I had the same issue... I believe you have to raise the fixture's socket and then try to push in the bulb.

New sockets are stiff (This is actually a good thing.)

The first few bulbs often need to be 'walked in' by gently rocking the bulb side to side as it is inserted.

Tilting the socket forward to the spot position helps as well.
