Lowel kits still on backorder?

Anyone know why so many of the Lowel light kits are still showing backorder? It's been a long time. Were they affected by a natural disaster also?
Or is it one of the cases where items show backorder for a while and then change to discontinued?

If you're referring to the hard light (incandescent ) kits I would highly recommend picking up a used kit on Craigslist or Ebay at a significant discount. ..

Or you could buy several of them from me for cheap also. Mine are used but in great shape. Hit me with a PM if you are interested in ALL sorts of lowell lights and all the stuff that come in the kits with them.

Yes. I'm talking about the tungsten lights (rifa, omni, pro). I still like those things and need to replace the ones I don't have anymore.
