I've got a line on a Lowel GO Jet Set kit, used (with very minimal scuffing) for $600 USD w/shipping. Comes with a smaller shoulder-hard case.. not the suitcase.
Right now, I've got a Smith & Victor 4 light kit more designed for photography, the scoops are rather large & fragile and a pain to transport. Plus the bulbs take up a lot of room, so I'm keen to move to something I can pack tighter. I've also got one Pro Light , so I'll end up with 2 V-lights, 2 Pro Lights.
Any thoughts on this kit? I do mostly corporate shoots, don't get a lot of time to stage things, just throw up a light and get 'er done. I spend more time on setting up for interviews, just one talking head with something or other in the background, no fabric backdrops.
If I can fit all the Lowel stuff in the case, all the better. Is $600 worth it for that kit? The Intro Kit also looked good, but the Jet Set gets me a nice assortment of lamps.
