I'm beginning to wonder if my AE is buggy. I've been using the program for years and haven't seen this before. DV quicktimes exported from Avid look fine as always. I import these .mov files in AE, double click them and they still look fine. Once they are in the timeline, they look like ****. It looks like the res has been set to quarter, but in fact I'm at 100% view and full quality.
I render out a QT with the animation codec as a test and Ouch!, looks more like cinepak. Anyone have this issue?
