Low profile dolly.... suggestions?

I'm looking for a very low profile dolly.... no tracks just wheels.... anyone make such a thing on the cheap?
 
You really need to give way more information than that. What do you consider "cheap"? Why no tracks and only wheels? What kind of surface will you be using it for?

Two portable choices would be either a slider or a skater dolly. The former runs on a carriage and the latter on wheels, with their respective limitation.
