I wouldn’t use any type of headphones with active noise cancellation(that can’t be turned off, at least) for monitoring audio. That’s just a bad idea...

Plus you’re throwing another point of failure in the monitoring chain and something else to possibly be trouble-shot if you run into issue. If you are solely responsible for audio, I recommend hard wired headphones/IEM, with no extraneous processing between the signal and your ears.

+11

Bluetooth inherently has latency, some Tx and Rx are a little better than others but it it still going to be an annoying delay if there is acoustic bleed. for the live soured, I tried this as an IFB alternative once, big mistake, complaints were overwhelming from the non-technical listeners

I'm not sure about using Bluetooth for this type of thing.

I heard about a guy who rented out a bunch of those cheap Ali Express IEM and transmitters that look like sennheiser G3's. Half of them broke on the first day so he charged production for brand new replacement sennheiser G3's lol.

One thing's for certain - based on the review comments, these things have a terrible design, audio quality and features. In other words a pile of poo!
