Hey folks....so, I mentioned in here a while ago I was working on this blog and asked some of you to help check out the guides I've already made. They're not all done but the site is officially launched now and I will be updating the blog, so check it out! I would love to hear feedback/tips/edits/etc.

Looks great! Would like to see more content, some pics, videos etc, but great job! What did you use to make the site?

For a lot of CMS authored sites, certain entries after the domain name will reveal what site was made in. ie. type http://documentaryunderground.com/wp-login.php and you'll see it was built in wordpress. If a site you come across ever happens to be built in a high end package like drupal then you enter a slash behind the url along with "user". If a request for the username and password then comes up you know a site was built in Drupal. Sometimes looking at the source for a page will give away the environment it was built in like Joomla.

Yes there will be more, now that the site is launched I will be trying to update it frequently with new content. Check out the guides and stuff if you didn't though, there's a lot there already.

The site was built in wordpress, which i highly recommend. I've used both wordpress and Joomla, and I would say at least for my purposes, Wordpress is about 90 billion times better.

Love the site, lots of great info. I've always really enjoyed documentaries and feel like that's really the place I would be able to do my best work. I'll certainly be referring back to your guide.
