low audio when capture

Hello i am a new in this foroum and my english is no good.
So i have a dvx and i have a problem. The audio from the dvx, in premiere is low.
The sound card it's ok,the volume it's ok , The cameras vew metter ok .
what is happen ?
Something wrong with my card Matrox 100 ? ?
 
Having trouble following your problem Tas. Are the levels when you record good? Are you bringing the audio in thru firewire or RCA?

Thanks waddit .The level its ok "in red" between (-12 & 0) db . The capture is from the firewire
not RCA. And i have a "CREATIVE AUDIGY 2"audio card .
 
And something else , i use my dvx, generally for a weddings and baptism . What is the best mic ? ? The her Panasonics mic it is good ? ? Or to buy something else ? ?
 
Did you use your on camera mic on the DVX? Or did you have another mic attached. When you do a play back on your TV does it sound normal or do you have to turn up the volume? If you have to turn up the volume really loud on your TV to hear audio then the source of your problem is the camera. You might have your levels turned down really low. Check it agian.
