Hi everyone,
I’m interested in taking some low angle shots but my tripod (Manfrotto 547B) doesn’t collapse very low. I dont really want to buy another tripod.
So, I’m considering getting a Manfrotto Super Clamp plus the 208HEX Head Mounting Plate so I can clamp the head to the lower portion of the tripod leg. They total for around $45:
I’m not too knowledgeable with these things and any advice would be much appreciated. I’m planning to use it with the Manfrotto 547B tripod with 494RC2 ball head and 701HDV video head. The camera I have is the Panasonic GH1 with kit lens and some Nikkor lenses.
Thanks,
David
