Loud noise crackling sounds while scrolling timeline

I use Davinci Resolve on a PC. External focusrite 2i1 soundcard and yamaha HS8 monitors.

The speakers crack while scrolling the timeline and when I shut the system off.
Both PC, soundcard and speakers take their power from the same power outlet.

It is starting to annoy me. Any suggestions to solve this problem?

The scrolling issue is probably software, drivers, NLE, or OS and I would complain and see what happens. The off issue? Speakers/ amps should be shut off before the computer so that is kind of on you. But maybe that setup doesn't have a decent way to shut down the speakers first?

In an old school analog set up you turn things on and off in a certain sequence, if you can't do that then?
 
No more scrolling noise, don't know why. But this is what I did and it helped:

The switches are connected with some power distribution units. Now I can switch displays, audio and other gear separately.
By the way, the behringer Midi controller works fine with fairlight.
