I have a project called 'Skateboarding'. I go to capture some footage, and final cut pro opens with a new project. I go to 'Open Recent', and It's not there, even though it was the last project I had open.
I go to search for the file, and there's a project file called 'Skateboarding', but it's not the one I'm looking for. Why you can even have two projects with the same name, I don't know, but it's been that way for years.
I had this same problem a couple weeks ago, and I went to the autosave vault, clicked on the latest one, and was good to go.
This time I go to the autosave vault, and 'Skateboarding' isn't there. Render files, Capture Scratch, sure. No Autosave.
I've been working on this project for two years now, and was almost finished with it. The deadline's coming up soon. I'll be devastated if all is lost...
Has anyone encountered a problem like this before?
