Lost my FCP project

Yesterday morning I closed my project tab on my FCP.
So I went to work, made a new project and installed some XDcam HD software so I can do some HD. Everything worked great, and looked great.
This morning I open FCP and look at my HD footage, and then want to jump
to one of my old SD projects... but it's not listed in recent projects.
I know it's there, I did some work on it yesterday morning and saved it.
How can I retrieve my old projects??

Um... where did you save it to?

In the finder... Apple-Spacebar and type the name of the project... open it from there.

Don't trust RECENT PROJECTS.
