Looking to start a studio/office in NYC

Hello, I am a one man band videographer/editor in NYC. I currently work from home and on-location with clients. I am looking to rent a space that I can set up an office desk and a small green screen studio with a white and black backdrop. This way I can bring in clients and I wouldn't have to travel to them as often.

I am looking for someone that is like me and is serious & interested in doing this. This is an office share arrangement. Rent and utilities would be split evenly. Below is my equipment list, nothing special. I can make them available to you. Hopefully, you have similar equipment and you can make them available to me or we can use each other as 2nd shooters/assistant depending on the project. We can even rent the studio out.

Ideally, I want to be between downtown Manhattan and below the 40's. PM me if you are interested. Thank you.

Hi, just wanted to update this post. I did find someone to rent a studio with. He is a DP/Editor.
We signed a 6 mos lease that will be up at the end of February 2013. We are looking to move into a larger space and bring in a 3rd person.

We are currently paying $500-$550 each month including utilities.

So far, the studio has worked out GREAT! Each of us are responsible for the rent. Outside of that, we run/mind our own business.
The studio is booked via Google Calendar.

We've hired each other for 2nd camera work. We've picked up addition business with the studio.
We have client meetings here and not at Starbucks or have to travel for any other meetings/editing sessions.
We've previously worked out of home. Now, strangers are not coming to our homes, which is GREAT!

Hi, just want to update this post again. We are now 3 people. We are interested in bringing a 4th person to share a large space in Tribeca. We are looking to move as soon as Jan 15th. I'm expecting each person's share will be $500-$600 each month including utilities (electric, ac, heat, internet)
