Looking to Rent Arricam 4 perf system

Hey guys,

So I was just hired to DP a short film in 6 weeks and Im in dire need of finding a 4 perf 35mm camera to rent (we're shooting with 2x Anamorphic glass). I've already looked up tons of rental housed in midwest but wanted to see what else is out there as well. The cameras I would really prefer on the production would:

Arricam Lite (4 perf version)
Arricam 435 (4 perf)
Arricam 235 ( 4 perf version)
Aaton 35 III

I would really prefer something not too Big since I will be running over the should for a few shots. I'll be working with a small crew so I want to be able to move around without too much hassle. Let me know if you guys know of a good rental house or maybe have a system that you would be willing to rent out for a few days.

Really enjoyed your s16mm short kassim!

Just remember, the 435/235 are MOS cameras. You may want to look at an ST as well, but may be brutal for your shoulder. The Penelope would be great but hard to find in the states!

Also I'm sure you are aware of this, but if you are shooting 2X anamorphic, be sure to rent a camera which has the 2X anamorphic de-squeeze viewfinder attachment. Which can be a bit much doing handheld work.

Hey Jo, thanks so much man. That means a ton coming from you pal. Love your work as well. But, yea there isn't much dialog in this short. I wish I could find a penelope but I dont have the energy to hunt for one right now lol.

Thanks for the feedback bro. Im going to check with AbleCine tomorrow for sure. Which 35mm camera did you rent last?
 
Come to think of it, Able didn't have what I needed in stock last time and I believe we used Alan Gordon for a 435.

Also there a number of Penelope's around but they won't do 4 perf.

Really!!! Well maybe you could point me in the direction of one...If i could find one I'll just convince the director to shoot 2 perf rather than true anamorphic that way we can say tons of stock/money.
