Looking to purchase a 35mm adapter for a Canon Xh-A1.... Can any 1 help?

Looking to purchase a used rig (sg blade) preferably for my camera or a Letus. I have 2k to work with to get everything including lenses? any suggestions... a lot natural light shooting outside... preciate it
 
get blade with 50mm 1.4 lens it should cost you around 2k, but the problem is that
you will still need rails and follow focus, this would add close to 1k, and the monitor...
arm.. and it starts...
 
A used SGblade will be a little tough to find since they're relatively new. A brand new one will cost you around $1600, though it might be a little bit of a search you can find one used for $1000, depending on its condition. $2000 isn't really enough to work with a full rig persay, which would include the adapter, the rails, the lenses, an HD field monitor and a follow focus, but if you're looking for just the adapter and lenses then you might two lenses into that budget. Emphasis on the might.
 
i would recommend either sgblade or letus elite.
Both great products.

But rails are definitely needed. Follow focus helps, as does a monitor, but they are not as necessary as rails.
 
thanks guys... looks like the sgblade is the front runner... any preference on rails? anything inexpensive that will do the job other then the RR from SG?
 
Doesn't Wayne just come out with rails recently. You might look into auctions and see if there is 15mm rails available there. I personally use the SGpro rev3 with the new improved flip module. I find it to good option if your budget is tight.
