Looking on how to get a TV static effect!

When I think of fu(ked up signals (audio or video) I think of doing it the old fashioned way. Film the fu(ked up signal. You have more control and it looks more screwed up. For example, you can feed the signal into a plain old tv (the old analog kind with crummy nobs for changing channels), if you have those old videogame RF Modulators with the tiny sliding switch (looks like a black rectangular box with a ground wire-looking things for the antenna and plug for the video signal - came with Commodore 64's, Atari, NES, etc.). Anyways you plug the signal in, hit play, point the camera at the screen, hit record and just switch channels or switch the modulator on and off or disconnect the thing, throw water on it or better yet pee on the television, find that sweet spot between channel 1 and 2 or 2 and 3 (i think you can set it on the modulator) where the signal get garbled between static and your video signal.

Well this ain't a plug in but it ends up being more fun and looks way better (IMO) but then again I haven't seen a plug in that does this. Look at it this way, It's Free.

Here's a few pieces with garbled, static stuffs:

I think a lot of it has to do with the sound effect as well.

good luck
