Looking for this transition

Any ideas on how to achieve this "push up blur" transition either in Vegas or AE or some plugin? Thanks in advance!

Film Impact makes a cheap transition pack (~$20) which includes this transition. Not sure whether or not they do a Vegas plug in though.

Do a squeeze (more likely) or a push transition, and on the clips, animate a blur with keyframes.
 
FilmImpact's Impact roll transition (free one) is the most similar. Although not exactly the same. It lacks the smooth easy in and out and vertical smear that has the sample video. But pretty close! Thanks.
 
NewBlueFX also has the Roll transition. There is a demo of three presets on their website but they haven't shown the one which is identical to the one in the clip! I know it exists because it's one of the very few transitions I use. There's a trial so you can see for yourself. NewBlueFX's filters and transitions install into every NLE you have on your system at no extra cost, which is handy if you are using AE and Vegas. In the interest of full disclosure I should add that I am paid to create tutorials for NewBlueFX (but I am not an employee).
