Hey, so I don't have aftereffects anymore and I am in desperate need of someone to make a intro logo for me.

do you have another NLE? if so I know it can take forever but you can do those same basic moves with AVID, FCP and Premiere using some basic perspective tools that are integrated into those programs. I did some similar stuff for a show intro with AVID 3-4 years ago since I didn't have access to AE. like I said it might take longer but same results if you know how to use the tools you have
