Looking for second-level film schools

Hello, I am looking for a second-level film school and I am wondering if somebody can recommend a good one. It can be in any country, and it can be a Masters program or not. I have already taken one (shorter) film school and I have directed several short films and commercials and I am teaching in a film school myself. I would like to go deeper into directing and learn to film with either film cameras (16/35) or cinema video cameras like Alexa, Red, Cine Alta etc. I am also interested in shorter courses and workshops in these areas. Any recommendations welcome.

If this post is considered off-topic please forgive me and redirect me, I couldn't find any corresponding forum.

I only know what's good in the U.S., and the general consensus is these are the best Masters level film schools:

USC
UCLA
AFI
NYU
Columbia
UT-Austin
FSU
NC School of the Arts
Chapman
Loyola Marymount

Consider taking the money you'd spend at USC/AFI/NYU and use it instead to move to Los Angeles, shoot a directing reel, and get work making commercials while you build towards directing a feature.

Think of it this way: while you are getting your MA in film, many people will already be directing features because they will be creating their body of work while you are studying.
