looking for screenplay for "9"

Problem is what you've got probably isn't the script as written by the screenwriter. Most of what passes for scripts on the web are actually transcripts -- somebody sat down, watched the DVD of the movie, and transcribed it verbatim. That's probably not going to be as helpful.

If the 'script' follows the movie pretty much word for word, scene for scene, then it's bound to be a transcript. Or else it's the only movie ever made where nothing was left on the cutting room floor. :)

I've only found that to be the case for a few scripts out of the hundreds I have come across. Most that I have seen are not transcripts. You might be looking in the wrong website depositories. HTML and text and rich text 'screenplays' are often a dead giveaway they are transcripts, I go straight for PDF, and at sites such as scriptfly.com, and on rare occasions from the screenwriter himself.
