Looking for FCP System Configuration Consultant

I would like to upgrade the editing suite in my Ad Agency with a Mac Pro, updated drives, and an improved workflow and archiving strategy.
Do you guys know of anyone who we can pay to fly in and help us configure a new system, including teaching my staff the best way to "work" the system.
Buying and installing it is easy, but I can't seem to find a great resource for this challenge. Thanks so much!
