Looking for camera between $1200 and $1800

[ramsaur]

I know this is probably the wrong thread, but can anyone tell me a camera (any camera) that shoots 24p that is in the price range between $1200 and $1800 ?

Thanks!

yeh, after I took a look at it I'm now thinking about going for it when it comes out in April. Can't wait for that. I should have the money by then for it. And it's Canon right?

If you want to "join the club", keep an eye on the marketplace sub-forum (http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/forumdisplay.php?f=17). Sometimes you can pick up a DVX-100 (not A or B) used for between $1500-$2000.

Id take an HV20 before a DVX100
