Looking for background footage

I am new to making videos. I know how to do chroma key, have a big green screen, good camera, lighting, etc., I just need footage for the background.

That's an example of the kind of footage I would like in my music video. Lots of flashy expensive stuff and I would just put it in the background. Stuff like that.

I just don't know where to get this footage from. I've already tried websites that have free footage but couldn't find anything good for music videos.
 
I realize you are trying to use chroma Key to make your videos, but I hate to use the old saying "you get what you pay for" but in this case it holds true. Trying to find free footage of what you are after might not exist. So the next question is what is your budget? If it's zero to none then you will simply have to go out and find those expensive cars, jewelry, people to put into your video...and much of that you can get for free if you ask...and keep asking in a nice and enthusiastic way until they give in.

If you have a budget then that makes it even easier. Stock footage might be able to be found, but the best bet is to shoot what you need.

Where city do you live in or near?
 
I live in Cincinnati and my budget is very low. Since this is the ghetto I've never seen any kind of Lamborghini or any expensive things that I could shoot or I would ask them. That's why I want to find the footage of someone that actually has access to that kind of stuff.

My point is that you can find whatever you want if you go after it. It might not be easy, but you can get it. The footage may cost you $$$ but I guarantee you can get the cars, clothes, people, homes for free. It all comes down to presenting everything in a professional business-like manner and going for it. You are a businessman not just some guy wanting to do videos. Look and be the part and it will happen.
 
Do you know how much money it would cost to "borrow" their Ferraris? I basically have no money so I definitely couldn't do this. I'm barely 18 as well.
 
Now we're getting somewhere. So here is how you borrow a Ferrari. You tell them that they can be in the video...and you will give them credit...and....you will promote their business. Everybody has to come out ahead in the deal.

So you don't necessarily want to borrow it...you want them to help you...and you will help them by promoting their business. You go to their location so you are not driving off with the car.

You have to ask. You won't know what will happen until you ask them.

Show up in person. Tell them you are a movie/video producer...which you are...and that you are making a video....be straight up honest with them. Wear a suit. Play the part.
 
Next thing you know you may be working for them.

Tell them you will produce a web video for their business. Check out their website and see if they have video on the site.

Work a deal.
 
All we have to do is ask...and if they say no then we ask again. We have to act like little kids. You ever watch a 4-year old kid when they want something? They keep asking over and over and over and they throw a fit and eventually they get what they asked for...or they get a spanking...but then they ask again. Always be a kid at heart and continue to ask and get what you want...and when we get beat up and knocked down then we get up and ask again. Persistence!

You need a G-5 Gulfstream jet? Guess what? Ask. Find the right person to ask...and I guarantee you can get it for free. All you need is 5 minutes to get your shot.
