looking for a shoulder mount thats steady

How stable are shoulder mounts. If I run can it be close to a stedycam. I have a stedi cam but would like to do a run and gun with a shoulder mount providing it gives me stable moving and runing shots. I want to use it with rails a 35mm adapter and a matebox with follow focus system. please recomend me some also if you can thanks again so much.​
 
Steadicam shots and shoulder-mounted shots are two different things. If you're walking/running with the camera you'll want to stick with your Steadicam. Any shoulder-mounted rig is going to bounce and jolt as it absorbs the shock of every step you take.

That said, check out Zacuto's Newsman Baseplate Kit. It's expensive, but it does the job. I'm not sure what Red Rock Micro has out these days. Varizoom also has a variety of rigs for lower prices.
