Looking for a short Screenplay

Hey writing kids.

I want to direct a short film based upon someone elses writing so I now look to you!

This is a no budget / non profit experiment so no pay other then credit of course.

some notes:

* I'm looking for something short /shortish, almost any genre except crime and pure comedy. Alternative subject matters are most welcome.

* Will be shot in my home country of beautiful Iceland so the setting must be adaptable.

* Looking for flexability and adaptability since elements will most likely be altered or changed to fit a changed setting and a different culture. All change will, of course, only be made in total harmony with the original writer unless other arrangements are made.

* The screenplay would most likely be adapted into Icelandic. This is not an absolute and would be in relation to the individual subject matter of the screenplay.

I think that's it. I am of course looking for quality since this would be a professionally produced project (as far as the 0 budget will allow).

I'd be interested in writing something. I live in Britain so the setting things might be a bit hard but I can do research into it. Or better still, I can write something where locations can be written in at a later date.

Would you want to do something where it's mostly based indoors or outdoors? If you could let me know that could help me write the script.

Hey! Sorry I haven't been tracking this thread for a while Arroway! I'm sorry but the picture doesn't seem to work anymore. But I will use any location that fits the material, and there are A LOT of locations here.

My window closed so the short film fell through at the time. But I am looking again and am def. interested in anything genre related, be it sci-fi, horror or anything viscerally interesting.
