Looking for a screenwriter for a feature script

Hi,
I am looking for a screenwriter to develop/collaborate on a feature length screenplay - something on the lines of "Lives of others".

Whether it is paid or unpaid depends on who will produce it. If we manage to get outside funding then you will be paid but if it is going to be produced from friends and family, then no. Regardless, you will get the credit.

A feature length script can take months or even years to write. You are expecting someone to devote that much time to your project without knowing whether or not they'll be paid for their efforts? Good luck.
 
Yes, I believe there are some writers who wants to see their work on screen. This post is for them. If the film does make money who says they won't get anything?
