Looking for a part - leveling base minus ball/bowl?

I'm looking for a particular part, but I don't know if it exists.

Basically, I need something low-profile that would allow a Manfrotto 577 Rapid Connect Adapter to be re-oriented to a perpendicular angle very quickly -- perhaps a leveling base without the bowl? The use would be for a C100 on a slider (in this case, the Edelkrone SliderOne with motion module). I want to be able to re-orient the a camera from a lateral slide to dolly-in/out without propping the camera up any higher since it's already on the tall side (I am trying to avoid adding another fluid or ball head).

Does anyone know of anything?

I actually have one of those and while useful, I'm looking for something with a flatter profile that merely allows me to pan (without leveling), or just be re-positioned by 90 degrees. I'm trying to go from a lateral move on a slider to push in or out, but without a ballhead. Seen anything like that?

Have you tried loosening the 577 plate and doing the move by hand? What about one or two of these - https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/690997-REG/Redrock_Micro_2_025_0002.html then just don't completely tighten it and control the move with your finger and thumb
