Looking for a HDD partition tool

I cloned my 240GB SSD to a 500GB SSD and it works perfectly, except it shows my 500GB is only 240GB. Is there a partition tool so that I can use that extra space by making an extra partition?
I'm using WIN7 Pro 64bit
 
Thank you for the help. That looks good but I finally figured out what I was trying to do....
I had some trouble finding disk management on WIN7, but once I did I was able to format the unallocated space for use
 
One of the nice features of a tool like Acronis Disk Director is that you can shrink or expand a partition without losing any of your data. So if you only want one large partition instead of two smaller partitions it's a simple change.
