I'm looking for a plugin/effect that could give me a "TV" look. This is hard to decribe, but I want something that will make the clip distorted, pixelated, and look like it was recorded off of a monitor or TV. I suppose I could just record it off of the TV screen and use that clip, but there has to be an easier way.
Remember that one scene in The Matrix, where Neo is being interrogated by the Agents- the Bug scene.
At the start of that scene, the camera zooms in on an analog TV and the picture blends to the current image.... if this makes any sense please help.
