Looking for a film scanner

Any recommendations for a digital scanner to digitize my 35mm stills and 110?
I see a lot of options but don't know. I don't want poor quality. Budget around a few hundred $

What quality do you want? There are plenty of things that basically use a webcam to grab a shot of the image. A bit more money gets you a better camera, but pretty much all of these lower end devices snap a still image of the film frame. You may want to look for a slide reproduction rig for a digital camera, might still fit in your budget.
