looking for a device that turns a camera body 360, mechanical (motorized) or operated

For example I'm trying to turn the camera 360 so that the image has a perfect rotation. The calibration of course is so that the lens rotates 360 in the exact same spot. Any links?!

Letus Helix does this - they may have other models. Saw this at NAB, spins 360 on the nodal point of the lens

for typical scifi style shots such as birds eye view of people sleeping in hyper space. I have done it with a 4k crop to FullHD in post but I lose the 4K image. If this Letus Helix had a motor I'd like to mount on a jib.
