Hi Guys,

My name is Rick Kinsella, I'm a writer/director and I run a small Production company in Manchester (UK), called Scar Tissue Films.

Our last film went to the Short Film Corner at Cannes and got a modest distribution deal, so we're heading in the right direction.

However we're looking to take a definitive step up in our level of professionalism as we move towards producing features.

We're looking for people who are willing to help us out as things arise, people who can help us create interesting title sequences, DVD menus, do minor effects, grading. That kind of thing.

I have After Effects myself but I've seen the talent on here and I know that people on here are capable of doing a far superior job to me in far less time.

We're only a small company and all the funding at the present time comes out of my own back pocket, so I couldn't pay anything like what i'm sure some of you could expect in the professional market, but I'm happy to make some sort of contribution.

We can discuss that at a later date.

As things stand, we need a Title Sequence making for our latest short which is nearing completion in post. It's a black and white, Gothic, supernatural thriller running at around 14 minutes, not including credits.

For anyone that's interested either reply here or drop me a PM.

A link to your work would be nice as well.

Our temporary website is here:

A professional one is in development at the moment but it gives you an idea.

Our latest short, End of the Tour, which was filmed and edited in just three days can be seen here:

I love making title sequences! Although I'm leaving for a two week vacation in a few days, I'd love to help. I might not be the BEST AE compositor on here, but I'd be willing to do it for free.
