Looking for a 3rd partner for Studio Share in NYC Tribeca

Hello,
We are 2 shooters/videographers/DPs/editors currently sharing a studio in Tribeca, NYC. We are looking for a 3rd partner.

We don't use it everyday. We mostly use it for shoots, storage, meetings, editing sessions with clients. Booking the studio is arranged with Google Calendar.

The studio is located in Tribeca, NYC very close to many train stations.

This is a share arrangement. Rent and utilities would be split evenly, total is about $450 each.

Just to update this. We have a couple of months left on our lease. We have the option to renew or look for a new place. We are looking to get something larger and expect to pay $650-$700 each. We are open to any ideas. Thx.
