how wide is the viewing area when using this lens compared to the camera zoomed all the way out without the lens? also did you use a matte box to create the widescreen look or does the lens automatically do that?

anybody?

chris i would assume it depends onthe 35mm lens u use?

but from memory the dvx has a focal length of 6mm to 60mm or something like that...not sure how that translate when comparing to 35mm lens, but if it's a direct comparison, then u would say around half way zoomed for a 28mm 35mm lens???

BTW - that clips looks awsome... is that under normal lighting conditions? damn...

read to order Mike (just haven't been able to send it through cos you box is full) - actually.. will ask this and other Qs in the PM...

this is probably a stupid question, but could you swap out different 35mm lenses to achieve different looks? or will only one type of lens fit the same adapter set up?

chris ya - as different focal lenths will give u different looks - eg. an image from a 28mm will give u a different image from a 100mm lens (that is the subject remains the same size, so the camera will be physically moved back when 100mm lens is mounted) something about parallax, or something along those lines???

I need to get a few out then I will take more oders. im only one man with a full time job its take like about 2 hrs to do each glass x5 that im doing this week my arm is sore as hell from the last 2 gg...sorry and thanks guys!
