Looing for Plug In transion effect photo flash CS6 Premire not for after effects

[rzr219]

Ok,

So I had a effect I used for Final Cut transions, it was a photo flash effect.
I have searched for one for Premire on the web but I must be putting in the wrong text as I am unable to find any. I am making my project in Premire and I could make the effect, however I am still new to CS6 and I have allot of photos that will use this same effect. I found I can do this in After Effects, but there must be a way to do this in Premire? So any ideas as this is the only effect I am looking for. I am making a basic video then transion to a photo, but I need the bloom effect not just a flash of what light.
So any ideas?

Regards

I would try filmimpact.net or coremelt.com for that effect for Premiere. Film Impact has an flash transition that actually works as a transition and Coremelt has about 4 flash transitions that can mimic the photo flash.
