I want to get some super high up landscape shots. I have a dslr video camera and i might get a proaim pan tilt motorized head. so the combined weights should be under 10 lbs. the tilt head isnt necessary i just figured that framing would be easier that way. my question is what is the cheapest 30 foot jib give or take. ive never seen a 35 foot. but if theyre out there ill get one. is it possible to build a 30 footer? it only needs to hold about 10 pounds so should be too hard. also it can just be a straight stick since i dont need it to auto level when i lower the jib.. i can accomplish that with the pan tilt head.
