I've heard mixed opinions on how to properly store DVX batteries for the long-term, including discharging them. I'm not even sure how to do that. Any thoughts?
Discharge it half-way is what I've read. Don't know about how long before you have to do that.
The other thing is, the more use you give the batteries the sooner they wear out. So every chance you get, swap it out for a fully charged one so as not to run it down too far. Don't discharge them all the way, in other words. They don't have a "memory" like the older nicads to, so there's no danger of them getting a "memory" and only giving you a small percentage of it's full capacity from recharging it from a partial discharge.
