Watched about 10 minutes in passing of a movie called Anything else, http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0313792/, which is about where I lost concentration and moved on.

One thing I liked was the sound asthetic on the dialogue. If anyone know what mics were used? Yeah long shot.

Well the production mixer is a very experienced mixer in the US so odds are that your looking at 414 for exteriors and schoeps for interiors and probably a bunch of radio mics. I would google the production mixer and see if anyone has done any fluff pieces about the sound.
