I'm looking for a cheap reliable solution for a long lens support on my dslr. I have 15mm rod support so I need something that can easily attach and be detached whenever I need it. I've come across a few off brand items that range from $25 to $50, how do you guys think these will turn out? Does anyone have any experience with them before?

I'd like to get the Cavision one for $64 but that's over twice the price for others, I'm thinking about getting the $28.50 because of the thumb screws. What do you guys think?
