Lonesome Jim - new DV film

[menotyou]

Hi

The new Steve Buscemi directed film 'Lonesome Jim' was filmed on DV, but does anyone know what cameras were used. It's a Indigent film, so i'm thinking it may be the DVX100.

Any ideas?

Pete

I haven't heard, but it wouldn't surprise me. I did see that Land of Plenty, the Wim Wenders film from InDigEnt was being shot on DVX100's.

I read somewhere that it was being shot HiDef, but I can't imagine that if its a Indigent production. Liv Tyler mentioned in an interview that she was doing this low budget Digital Video film and thought it was cool. Looks like an interesting film.

I'm just surprised that we haven't heard more about the format, they (indigent) seem to make a big deal of it usually?

Apparently, the film's been shot with two DVX100's (PAL version)

Darn ! So we still don't know for sure. My insomnia's going to last again and again, now enhanced by this infamous statement : I can't read a simple web page properly.

Shame on me ! :-[
