I just got picked up as an actor (who is a camera operator) who films on a reality TV show. And my footage will be used on the show, which has network interest already, apparently.

I try to step away from operating a camera, and it Sucks.....Me..... Back........ In. LOL!!! Bad thing is I knew "too much about the camera and the audio, for the role you have to 'dumb it down a bit'".

I think I can handle that. Not my normal gig as an action hero, but hey, I'll take what I can get.

Uh, do you get to use any of your prop guns on the show? I know a few reality stars I'd like to scare out of their skin. That's way cool! You'll have to let us know which show it is.

If they are using your footage as well then you should get paid a salary bump for the work product. Otherwise shoot everything out of focus and concentrate on acting. You're being asked to perform two jobs so you should be paid as such.
