Can some one point me in the direction of a decent logo designer. I have about $100 to spend.

You can get 20 different logo designs for that much. Some of them are pretty good.

You could try Fiverr like Faran said.

Or maybe if you looking to get a really HQ logo you could post for a freelancer on a freelancing site like "elance" or "odesk". Your sure to get an amazing logo for $100 on there.

I would stick with someone local so you can do an in person exchange for goods. I know a local art student that does work but it sounds like you need someone with design and photoshop skills.

Some designers offer logo's for free so they can put it in their portfolio. You might find one.
