LOGO BLEED THROUGH (Paper texture)

I'm looking for a method (or plugin) in Vegas to create either an ink splatter effect that reveals a logo or a bleed through (like ink dropped on a blotter that spreads out) that reveals logo.

Is there any paint splatter/grunge/ink blob effect plugins for Vegas. I'm currently running Vegas 7.

No special effect - not sure about Vegas 7, which is a bit ancient, but Vegas has and probably had umpteen blend modes so it should be the same - make a color swatch the color of your ink, a mask the shape of your blob, put them on three tracks and play with keyframe mask size and color transparency till it looks like you want.
