Log and Transfer Problem

So I am having some major trouble with the HVX log and transfer right now. I upgraded my Final Cut Pro 6.0 to 6.0.2 and I when I go to the Log and Capture option, ... nothing shows up. No clips are in queue or in the window. I tried all methods e.g installing FXFactory update, restarting, reinstalling. All that. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Try removing FX Factory plugins from the FXPlugins folder and see what happens.

Yeah Shane that's the first thing I did. But it didn't fix anything. It was ok when I first installed FCP Studio 2, but I did a few updates for the Mac and for Final Cut Pro 6, then this happened. *CRY!!!!

i know this is old, but im having the same problem on my mac pro and my mac book pro. I recently upgraded to fcp 6.02 on the mac pro and thats when the log and transfer stopped working, just like on my mac book pro. i'm thinking about reinstalling fcp? anyone have any suggestions? i really need to start logging...

does your P2 cards show up? Did you point your log and transfer window to the correct directory to have them show up? Are you using a firestore? if so did you organize p2? There's a lot of variables involved.
