Log and transfer problem - from AF 100

I'm trying to ingest a 14 minute clip with two independent audio tracks recorded in LCPM mode on an AF-100. When I try to ingest in Log & Transfer, it says my audio is mixed to stereo under the import settings tab.

How can I change the import to ingest two independent, unmixed audio tracks?

I'm importing from an AF-100, converting to Pro Res. I'm running FCP 6 .

Import as normal. Edit clip to timeline. Select clip and use the menu to turn off "stereo pair"

You should transcode either in Cineform or using Clipwrap. L&T in FCP6.0.6 only uses AAC sound and there is no option for uncompressed sound.
