log and tranfer clips - staying in idle?

Hey all

MY log and transfer does not seem to work anymore. I have been using this to bring over P2 footage from an ext hd. It displays all of the clios but when I hot add selection to que, it says transferring clip but the status bar does not move. After a while it goes back to idle with no transferred clip.

I have been able to do this and all of a sudden it does not work. We did not update any software or make any changes. I have tried using the log and transfer with P2 clips and AVCHD clips and I get the same thing.

I hope someone can help with this.

Do you have FX Factory installed? Normally this makes it so you can't even see the clips in the Log and Transfer window...but you never know. Just something to check.
